Montrose is a privately owned, family-led business founded by Julian Dye, with a close-knit team involved throughout every project. Construction is led by Howard Lyons, whose experience and practical knowledge shape the delivery of each home, supported by Jacob Moran, bringing a meticulous, detail-focused approach to day-to-day project management.
